Application:
This machine is used for high uniformity mixing of powdered and granular materials in pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, light industry, electronics, machinery, mining and metallurgy, national defense industry, and various scientific research units.
The material has no centrifugal force, no specific gravity segregation, layering, or accumulation phenomena. The weight ratios of each component can vary greatly, and the mixing rate can reach over 99.9%. It is currently an ideal product among various mixers.
The loading rate is high, reaching up to 80% (compared to only 40% for ordinary mixers), with high efficiency and short mixing time.
The cylinder body has rounded transitions at various points and has undergone precision polishing treatment to meet GMP requirements.

Principle:
Under the driving force of the active shaft, the loaded cylinder undergoes a compound motion of cyclic translation, rotation, and rolling, which promotes the material to undergo a three-dimensional compound motion along the cylinder in the circumferential, radial, and axial directions, thereby achieving the goal of mutual flow, diffusion, accumulation, infiltration, and uniform mixing of various materials.
